3 major benefits of drinking Pu'er tea for a long time

Drink two sips of tea after meals to relieve greasiness and relieve oiliness. For tea lovers, Pu'er tea is a top choice. So what are the benefits to the body of long-term drinking of Pu'er tea?

What exactly is in Pu 'erh tea?

Pu'er tea is rich in flavonoid antioxidants, such as tea polyphenols, catechins, chlorophyll, vitamin C, etc., and also contains more caffeine.

Therefore, Pu'er tea generally has the effects of losing weight, lowering blood lipids and fighting coronary heart disease.

1. Weight loss: Pu'er tea contains a large amount of tea polyphenols, which can remove fat and oil, promote the elimination of lipid compounds in feces, and has a good weight loss effect, but it is not suitable for long-term drinking.

2. Lower blood lipids: The chlorophyll in Pu'er tea can hinder the digestion and absorption of cholesterol. Secondly, the tea polyphenols, vitamin C and other substances contained in Pu'er tea can also effectively promote the excretion of cholesterol from the body and have the effect of lowering blood lipids.

3. Anti-coronary heart disease: The tea polyphenols in Pu 'erh tea, especially raw tea, will continue to be oxidized during the brewing process to form tea pigments. Tea pigments have obvious anticoagulant, fibrinolytic and anti-thrombotic effects. It has a very good health care effect on coronary artery insufficiency and coronary heart disease caused by embolism, and has anti-coronary heart disease effects.

Things to note when drinking Pu’er tea

1. Don’t drink on an empty stomach

Strong Pu'er tea contains a large amount of caffeine and theophylline. Drinking tea on an empty stomach can easily lead to "tea drunkenness" and symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, weakness in hands and feet, and trance. Therefore, do not drink Pu'er tea on an empty stomach, especially strong tea. Getting up in the morning and drinking some light salt water and honey water on an empty stomach is the most reasonable way to lose weight and cleanse the intestines.

2. Try to drink as little new tea as possible

The fermentation time of new Pu'er tea is relatively short, and the content of caffeine and active alkaloids is high, which can easily stimulate the nervous system and gastrointestinal mucosa. Therefore, it is okay to drink new tea as little as possible and try it occasionally. It is best to store the new Pu'er tea at home for two or three months before buying it. Not only will it taste better, but it will also have the lowest impact on the body.

3. Don’t drink a lot of tea before or after meals.

Do not drink a large amount of Pu'er tea before or after meals. Tea contains tannic acid and theophylline, which will affect the human digestive system. The correct time to drink tea is preferably at least half an hour before and after meals. It is best to drink light tea and not too strong. This is the healthiest way to drink tea.

4. Don’t drink before going to bed

Don't drink Pu'er tea before going to bed, otherwise it will cause mental excitement and affect sleep; it will also increase the load on the kidneys and cause unsightly bags under the eyes.

5. Do not drink during special periods

Pu 'er raw tea is cold in nature. Women should drink as little as possible during special periods, that is, "menstruation, pregnancy, and lactation", and they should not drink it when taking medicine.

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
